Cake:
2 cup flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 egg

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter melted

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9" X 13" pan.
2. Mix first 6 ingredients together until just combined (don't over mix).
3. Pour into pan.
4. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon and walnuts on top of mixture.
5. Drizzle melted butter on top.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
