Rhubarb Dump Cake: Submitted by: Ed Cook | Date Added: 20 Jun 2011 Ingredients:

1 lb fresh Rhubarb, chopped (about 4 cups)
1/2 cup Sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz) Jell-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1 pkg. White Cake Mix
1 cup Water
1/3 cup Butter, melted

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place rhubarb in a 13" x 9" baking dish; sprinkle with sugar and dry gelatin mix.
3. Beat cake mix, water, and butter with whisk until well blended. Pour over rhubarb; spread to completely cover rhubarb.
4. Bake 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Serve warm topped with Cool Whip or Ice Cream. Enjoy!
