1 17.5 ounce package Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter, softened
Vanilla wafers or graham crackers

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a large bowl combine dry cookie mix, cream cheese, 1 cup of the pecans, and the butter. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, beat on medium speed until well mixed.

2. Shape into a ball, roll in remaining 1 cup pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap, chill at least 3 hours. Serve with vanilla wafers.
