Low Carb Crock Pot Taco Chili: Submitted by: Wendy R Cook | Date Added: 28 Mar 2019 Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef - uncooked
4 cups beef broth
28oz can diced tomatoes
2 packets Taco seasoning
1 tablespoon cumin
1 medium Zucchini - chopped
2 peppers - chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup onion - chopped
7oz can chopped green chilies
*Chili toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, guacamole, etc*

Cooking Instructions:

1. Brown ground beef in a skillet or slow cokker with a sauté feature.
2. Drain beef and place in a 6 quart slow cooker.
3. Add remaining ingredients (except chili toppings) to slow cooker and stir well.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
5. Serve in bowls with desired toppings.
