1 package of pork sausage of your choice
4 greens onions, sliced
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 cups half and half or milk
1 cup all-purpose baking mix
Suggested toppings: sour cream or chopped tomatoes
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place sausage in lightly greased 2 quart round casserole dish; top with onions and cheese.
2. Beat eggs, half and half and baking mix with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cheese.
3. Bake 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and add toppings.
