1 (12 oz) beer (of your choice)
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup paprika
2 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup teriyaki sauce
4 to 6 bone-in pork chops
1. Whisk together beer, brown sugar, salt, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and teriyaki sauce.
2. Place pork chops in a gallon resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over pork chops. Toss bag to coat.
3. Place pork chops in the refrigerator and let marinate 1 hour to overnight.
4. Prepare grill. Remove pork chops from marinate. Discard marinade.
5. Grill pork chops until internal temperature reaches 145F, approximately 8 to 12 minutes.
