2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 eggs
10 oz sweetened condensed milk
15 oz canned pumpkin
1 9" pie crust unbaked

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined. Pour mixture into an unbaked 9" pie crust.
3. Bake 15 minutes at 425 and reduce remperature to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes more.
4. Let pie cool. Serve topped with whipped cream.
