1 loaf garlic Tuscan bread
1 lb Roast Beef, sliced thin
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 cups of beef stock
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions:

1. Cut bread load in half horizontally. Toast in oven, cut sides, up, until light brown, 1-2 minutes.
2. Layer bottom half with roast beef; spread with horseradish.
3. Mix stock and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl to form au jus. Baste top half of bread with 1/4 cup au jus. Replace top half of bread to complete sandwich. Cut in quarters; serve with remaining au jus for dipping.
