2 cups of sugar
1 (5oz) can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of butter
12 marshmallows
pinch of salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup of chopped pecan, toasted
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions:

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large and heavy saucepan.

Cook over medium heat; stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly.

Remove from heat.

Add the chocolate to the marshmallow mix stirring until the chocolate melts. Add the pecans and vanilla, stirring well.

Spread evenly in a buttered 8 or 9 inch square pan.

Cool and cut into squares.
