2 pork steaks
2 apples
2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoon brown sugar

1. Place pork steak in greased baking dish. Season with
salt and pepper.
2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
3. Uncover and place peeled - cored apple halves on top
of pork steak.
4. Add a little butter and brown sugar on top of each apple
and bake for 15 minutes more.
