1 ( 3.5 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 Stick Butter, softened
4 large Eggs
1 Pkg Chocolate Chips
1 oz grated German Sweet Chocolate
1 cup Chopped Pecans
1 (8 oz) Soft Cream Cheese
1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chopped Nuts
1 1/3 cup Coconut
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease and Flour a bundt pan.
3. Mix the first 7 ingredients for 2 minutes at a medium speed. Stir in the chocolate pieces, grated German sweet chocolate and chopped pecans.
4. Pour into a prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center of cake comes out clean.
5. Cool in the pan for 25 minutes. Turn out and cool completely.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in nuts and coconut. Frost the cooled cake.
