1 can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup orange juice or Sprite
1. Heat oven to 400. Cut each apple into eight pieces.
2. Unroll crescent roll dough, separate into 8 triangles.
3. Cut each in half lengthwise to make 16 triangle strips.
4. Place an apple piece at wide end of each strip, roll up.
5. Arrange in 9" square pan. Drizzle with butter, sprinkle with
mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
6. Pour orange juice or water into pan, but not over dumplings.
7. Bake at 400 for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
