Marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves medium garlic finely minced
1. Add the marinade ingredients together and whisk to combine.
2. Place the steak in a non reactive container where it can be covered by the marinade at least half way up the side of the steak, it it's not fully covered you will need to remember to turn over the steak.
3. Marinate for 1 hour. If you marinate it longer it may be too salt.
4. Bring steak to room temperature before grilling, then grill over a medium high heat for about 4-6 minutes per side.
5. Let the steak rest for five minutes, then slice and serve.
