12 oz bag frozen peas and carrots
2 cups beef broth
2-1 oz packets brown gravy
1. Place your cubed roast and veggies in a 3 quart crock pot.
2. Pour your brown gravy packets in a small bowl and slowly pour in your beef broth while whisking it all together.
3. Pour your brown gravy mixture in your crock pot and stir everything until well mixed.
4. cover and cook on high for 3-3 1/2 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
5. Uncover and let sit for 30 minutes for gravy to set up.
6. Great to serve with hot biscuits or bread.
