Ingredients

1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 bone-in pork chops

Cooking Instructions

1. Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
2. Place pork chops in a gallon ziplock bag and our marinade over pork chops.
3. Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
4. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill until done, approximately 8 to 12 minutes.
