2 or 3 cucumbers peeled and sliced
1 medium onion sliced thinly and separated into rings
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper or more to taste
1/4-1/2 teaspoon dill weed (if desired)

1. Layer cucumber and onion in a bowl.
2. Mix sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and dill weed in a small bowl.
3. Pour over cucumber and onions.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
6. Stir a few times before serving to marinate cucumbers.
