3 cups Homemade Muffin Mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup butterscotch chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium size bowl, stir together all ingredients.
3. Line muffin tin with paper liners and using large cookie scoop, fill each muffin cup with batter.
4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in muffin center removes cleanly.
